Try and try as I might
I can’t make these wrongs
into rights.
It’s so hard
weaving words into sights,
to believe in love in the slightest,
Moving out
and drowned in doubt,
rodeo clowns getting down
so bulls don't break the china.
Shouting out is too quiet; like Echo,
cursed to borderline silence.
Tried my hand at provider,
now restless
and wilder than the wildest.
Bucking back at paradigms
that define us, and
talking…
